Once it is in the works, we set manufacturing schedules and shipping logistics to fit your project timeline, monitor every order with the manufacturer, then receive and inspect the product to make sure it is right.
Critical-Path Office Furniture Delivery & Installation
We understand how critical furniture delivery and installation are to your schedule, your people, and your work. Our installation service starts before the truck arrives. We plan the install, prepare the site, reserve the dock and elevator, and, if you want, disassemble and remove the furniture you are replacing.
Our installers are trained on the lines we sell and follow the drawings and manufacturer standards. When the product arrives, they unpack, stage, assemble, and restore the area to broom-clean condition. Then we walk the space with you.

Furniture Warranty Service & Maintenance, Never a Charge for a Warranty Visit
To keep your furniture looking good and working properly, we provide ongoing maintenance in support of each product's warranty. Should a warranty issue come up, our certified technicians inspect and repair on site or arrange a replacement. There is never a charge for a follow-up warranty visit.
We also repair mechanisms, reupholster panels and seating, touch up painted surfaces, repair scratches, and refinish wood. When you expand, we refurbish existing pieces to like-new condition and match them to the new furniture so the whole office reads as one space.

What does "no design fees" actually include?
Space planning, test fits, finish selections, 3D renderings, and installation drawings, all included when you furnish the project with Chapman Workspace. If your project already has an architect or design firm, we work from their drawings and handle dealer services.
How long does a typical office furniture project take?
Quick-ship lines can install in about two weeks. Most custom commercial projects run six to twelve weeks from approved order to installation, depending on the manufacturer. We build the schedule around your move-in date and tell you early if something is at risk.
Do you remove and dispose of our old furniture?
Yes. We disassemble and remove existing furniture as part of the installation plan, and we can help arrange donation or recycling where it makes sense.
Do you install outside Metro Atlanta?
Yes. We are based in Kennesaw and serve all of Metro Atlanta, and we have installed for clients in 37 states, including satellite offices for Atlanta-based companies.
