Our team of highly skilled designers thrives on collaboration. That’s why our space planning and design process begins with getting to know you, your needs, and your budget. It’s during this process that we help you think outside the box and discover the distinct traits of your company and how to align those qualities with your office environment.

Furniture Selections

Chapman Workspace has over 100 manufacturing lines to select from. Based on your company needs, we will know exactly which lines to go to that will build a strong image and reinforce branding, all while being mindful of your future growth potential and budget.
Choosing products and vendors takes time and effort—both of which are limited resources that you could spend in other ways. We’ll prepare your order with layout and design, bill of materials, and pre-order set-up.
Once your order is in the works, we set up manufacturing schedules and shipping logistics to fit your project schedule and the progress of construction. We monitor your order in conjunction with manufacturers. Then we receive and inspect your product to ensure accuracy.
Delivery and Installation

We manage delivery and installation every step of the way. Our installation services don’t just start when the product is delivered. We plan the installation, prepare the site, and, if desired, we’ll disassemble and remove any existing furniture.
Our installers go through a series of training programs and show that they know a lot about how to do installations. We follow prescribed procedures and adhere to plans and drawings.
When the product arrives, our installers unpack, stage, and assemble it in compliance with the manufacturer’s standards—and restore the area to broom clean condition.
Warranty and Service
“To keep your furniture looking good and in good working order, we provide ongoing maintenance services in support of each product’s warranty coverage. Never a charge for us to make a follow up warranty visit!”
Scheduled maintenance services include inspection, cleaning, stain-prevention treatment, and lubrication as required. Should your products have warranty issues, our skilled, certified technicians will promptly inspect and repair your furniture on site or provide a replacement if necessary.
We’re available to repair broken or malfunctioning mechanisms, reupholster fabric panels and seating, touch up painted surfaces, repair scratches, or refinish wood furniture. And to maintain the long-term value of your investment, we’ll refurbish your products to like-new condition and match them to new furnishings or new decor.
